What we store
- Your name and email from Google or GitHub sign-in.
- The CV, profile, job pipeline, tracker and evaluation reports you create.
- Your AI provider settings. The API key is encrypted at rest; only its last 4 characters are ever shown back to you.
- Daily usage counters used to enforce fair-use limits.
Where your data goes
When you run an evaluation, your CV, profile and the job description are sent to the AI provider you configured, using your own API key, under that provider's terms. Job pages you submit are fetched by our server. Company logos are fetched from a public favicon service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept until you delete it. Config → Delete account removes your data immediately; encrypted backups are retained for 7 days and then purged.
Security
Data is served over HTTPS and stored on a server operated by jobseeker. Each user's data is isolated.
